Marinade the fish fillet with the marinating ingredients for half hour.

Deep fry the fish pieces.

Keep on absorbent paper.

Now make the sauce.

Take oil in a wok.

Add ginger garlic chopped.

Saute until golden brown.

Now add honey, soy sauce, sugar, salt to taste.

Now add the cornstarch and water mix.

Add the fish pieces and saute 2 minutes.

Sprinkle some sesme seed.

Serve hot as a starter or side dish with rice.
