These are really quick & easy to make if you're wanting something sweet.

In a large bowl, beat together the butter & the sugar until well combined. Beat in the vanilla extract until well combined. Add in the flour, salt, & yellow cake mix & mix thoroughly. Add in the milk & mix until well combined. If needed, add more to make a dough consistency. Stir in the sprinkles.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls & place on a parchment or wax paper lined cookie sheet. Chill balls in the refrigerator or freezer for 15 minutes or until firm.

While the dough balls are chilling, melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Make sure to stir between intervals so that the chocolate doesn't burn.

Once truffles have firmed, dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate. Shake off the excess. Place truffles back on the cookie sheet & top with sprinkles.

Put the truffles back into the refrigerator until chilled. Keep in the refrigerator until serving.

Store any leftovers in an air tight container.
