1fillet of hake
2garlic cloves
2cayenne pepper
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchblack pepper
1 pinchchopped parsley
1olive oil
1vinegar

Steps

Season the hake fillet witjh salt, black pepper and parsley

Slice the garlic cloves and put them on top of the fish. Add the cayenne pepper too

Spread olive oil and vinegar all over the hake.

Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 210 celsius
