Steps

Peel the onion and finely chopped.

Tomato and capsicum finely chopped.

Peel and grate the carrot.

Add uttapam batter,suji and baking powder in a mixing bowl.

Keep aside for 1/2 hour.

Then mix all chopped veggies,green chilli,green coriander,black pepper and salt.

Mix well.

Greased oil on tawa pour uttapam batter and shallow fry from both sides.

Serve coconut chutney/sauce as your choice.
