On a tawa add ghee and place bread slice on it. Toast on both sides till it becomes crispy. Sprinkle Paubhaji masala. Masala toast is ready.

In tea pan, take water, add grated ginger, tea granules and sugar. Let it come to boil, add milk and keep the flame on slow to medium flame. Let the tea start boiling and boil till the colour required. Switch off the flame and strain the tea with steel strainer in the mug.

Now in a tray place toast plate and tea mug and Njoy hot ginger tea vth masala toast.
