Mash the boiled jackfruit

Mix half of ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,red chilli Powder,salt and cashew raisins paste

Now mix gram flour andake balls of it

Deep fry the balls and keep aside

Heat oil temper jeera seeds,bay leaf,dry red chilli

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato puree and saute

Now add jeera powder and cashew-raisins paste combine well

Add water and boil the curry

Add the fried balls and cover

Finally add garam masala powder and sugar

The kofta curry is ready
