Ingredients

  1. 3/4 lbitalian sausage / cooked, drained
  2. 3/4 lb90%gr beef/ browned, drained
  3. 1 smallonion
  4. 1carrot, julienned
  5. 3 stalkCelery. (Dole)
  6. 1 tspminced garlic
  7. 30 ozPetite diced tomatoes
  8. 1 can15 oz Tomato sauce
  9. 1 can15 oz white n 1- 15 oz Red beans
  10. 124 oz. V8 juice
  11. 1 tspBasil, Oregano , Salt
  12. 1/2 tsptjyme, black pepper.
  13. 8 ozditatelli pasta. (cooked to instr.)

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown meat, n drain. W onion, carrots n celery. Drain. Add garlic n cook 5 min.

  2. 2

    Add the rest of ingredients n simmer n cover 4 50 min. Add cooked pasta n serve in nowls w fresh grated parm cheese sprinkled on top
