Ingredients

1 hour
  1. 1to 3 cups of chopped celery...depends on how much you like celery
  2. 1In this recipe I use 2 cups
  3. 1 mediumsize onion chopped about 2 cups
  4. 2 cupchopped baby carrots

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Fill pressure cooker with 6 cups of water and chopped up vegetables.

    Add in cleaned bones. Set timer to 45 minutes.

    When cooking has completed, strain stock thru cheese cloth.

    Stock may be used right away or frozen. Will keep in freezer for 1 yr.
