Wash the mutton pieces and marinate with all masala pastes and powders for 3-4 hrs

In a deep based karai heat oil and add the marinated mutton.Keep on frying and stirring continually.

When the smell turns strong add sugar salt and rose water.

Remove from the flame and put the entire content into a pressure cooker. Pressure cook with sharp whistles for 20 mins

Open the lid after the steam is absorbed. Dry up the gravy on a lower flame and serve hot sprinkling lime juice
