  1. 1tuber yam small
  2. 1/3habanero pepper
  3. 1onion bulb (chopped)
  4. 3 tablespooncrayfish (grinded)
  5. 1/3 cuppalm oil
  6. 1finger carrot diced
  7. 1 bunchspinach (sliced)
  8. 2knorr cube
  9. to tasteSalt

    Peel yam back,wash cut into shape put inside a clean pot,then add water,place on heat then add salt.

  2. 2

    Allow to boil for 14min,Remove yam from the water.place a dry pot on heat,add palm oil,onions and pepper stir for 3min.

    Then add crayfish and stir after 2min,add little water,and knorr cube then salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Add yam and mix everything together allow to boil for 3min then add spinach stir after 2min turn off heat.

  5. 5

    Porridge yam is ready so yummy and fast.Serve in a plate then sprinkle carrot.Enjoy.
