Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celcius

Start by beating the butter and sugar together until fluffy and lighter in colour

Add the eggs, one at a time to the butter mixture as you mix

Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together (dry ingredients)

Measure the cup of milk and to it add the tbspn of vanilla (wet ingredient)

Divide the dry ingredient into 2. Add the 1st half to the butter mixture and mix

Then add the wet ingredient to the butter mixture as you mix

Finish by adding the 2nd half of the dry ingredient. Mix thoroughly.

Put the vanilla butter in the cupcake papers equally

Bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes

Use skewer to check if ready. Should be clear of any butter
