Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grmsbaby Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
  • 2tomatoes (pureed)
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoonginger paste
  • 1 teaspoonwhole jeera
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2 podscardamom
  • 1clove
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoonfennel seed powder
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • As neededoil for frying
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a work and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric.keep the Potatoes aside.

  2. 2

    Now add oil in the same wok and tamper the whole jeera garam masala bay leaf and whole dry red chilli

  3. 3

    Add ginger, chopped chillies and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree and saute well till the raw smell is hone.

  5. 5

    Add the fried Potatoes and combine it well with the masala and cover it for a minute or two.

  6. 6

    Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
