My favourite vegetarian recipe and i like to have it with poori.
Steps

Heat oil in a work and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric.keep the Potatoes aside.

Now add oil in the same wok and tamper the whole jeera garam masala bay leaf and whole dry red chilli

Add ginger, chopped chillies and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 4
Add tomato puree and saute well till the raw smell is hone.

Add the fried Potatoes and combine it well with the masala and cover it for a minute or two.

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
