Ingredients

  • For dough
  • 3 cupsflour
  • Glasswater 💧
  • For frying
  • Mustard oil or any cooking oil
  • For stuffing
  • 3medium sized boiled potatoes 🥔
  • Red pepper 🌶 powder
  • Salt 🧂

Steps

15 minutes 🕑
  1. 1

    Make dough of flour with a glass of water 💧. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.

    Remove the cover of boiled potatoes 🥔 and add salt red pepper 🌶 powder to it.

    Mashed it with hands and be careful to lumps not left in stuffing.
    Lumps are harmful for making kachori.

    Take small pieces of dough and make small balls.

    With the help of dried flour (which is known as parothan)make a bowl 🥣 shape structure.

    Fill stuffing in it and cover stuffing from all sides by dough or round it bowl from all sides to make a ball.

    With the help of dried flour,rolling board and rolling pin spread it into small round shape pieces.

    Fry it in a preheated mustard oil or cooking oil.
