Steps

In a pan boil sufficient water add pinch of salt.

Wash white part of melon pieces and put it in boil water. Stir for 5 mins. Drain water and keep aside.

Now in other pan take sugar add water and cook till syrup thicken till 1 thread.

Now put tutifruiti in sugar syrup. Keep aside for 5-10 mins.

Now dilute blue colour in few drops of water and add in syrup. Mix well.

Keep as it is for a day. Then drain excess syrup and shift in container till gets dries.

Store it reserve for later use.

I hv used yellow colour also.
