Beat each egg on a separate bowl.

Add a pinch of salt and stir.

Put a pan on agas on jiko till hot

Add oil on the pan

Pour your stired egg on it.

Cook until it gets browed.

Take your tomato and peal it..then you fold it round till rose like...

Place your rose like fold on top..

Ready to be served..
