Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 cuponion, chopped
  3. 1/2 cupgreen pepper chopped
  4. 2 1/2 tbspchili powder
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. 1/2 tspground cumin
  7. 4 tspjalapeño pepper chopped
  8. 1 candiced tomatoes (29 oz)
  9. 1 cantomato sauce (15 oz)
  10. 1 canchili beans (16oz)

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef, onions, green peppers. Cook until done and drain

  2. 2

    In a large crock pot place all ingredients but bay leaves. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Put the bay leaf on top of mixture. Cover and cook 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high.

  4. 4

    Serve with cheese and sour cream
