Brown ground beef, onions, green peppers. Cook until done and drain

In a large crock pot place all ingredients but bay leaves. Mix well.

Put the bay leaf on top of mixture. Cover and cook 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high.

Serve with cheese and sour cream
