Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 tbspkosher salt
  2. 3 tbspunsalted butter
  3. 2 1/2 tbspolive oil
  4. 4 clovegarlic pressed
  5. 1 lbchicken breasts cut into pieces
  6. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  7. 1/3 cupchopped parsley
  8. 1/2 tsplemon zest
  9. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  10. 1/4lemon slices
  11. 1/4 tspred pepper flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pan melt butter and add olive oil med-low heat.

  2. 2

    Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Sauté until chicken is done.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat. Add parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice and red pepper flakes toss to combine.

  4. 4

    Add chicken mix well. Top with lemon slices
