Ingredients

  • 1 packagesherb seasoned stuffing mix divided
  • 3 cupcoarsley chopped cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cancream of chicken soup
  • 1 3/4 cupchicken broth
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 350°F oven, coat 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray

  2. 2

    Sprinkle 3/4 cup stuffing mix into pan. Top with chicken.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl whisk together soup and broth until well blended. Pour over chicken.

  4. 4

    sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over soup mixture. Top with melted butter.

  5. 5

    Bake uncovered forc35 minutes until casserole is heated and golden brown. (NOTE: Do not mix stuffing mix. Use dry mix)
