Boil jack fruit and potatoes in pressure cooker.give 3 whistles.keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add three bay leaves add paste of onion, garlic and ginger.cook it properly till the colour of paste will be golden.

Then add garam Masala,red chilli powder and some kasuri methi leaves. Then add boiled jack fruit and potatoes without water.

Cook properly above curry.then add some water or make dry as your wish. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
