  1. 500 gmsBoneless chicken -
  2. 2 tbspHung curd -
  3. 1/2 cupBlanch palak/spinach -
  4. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste -
  5. 1 tspGaram masala powder -
  6. 1 tspGreen chutney -
  7. 3-4Chopped green chilli -
  8. 2 tbspLemon juice -
  9. 1/2 cupGrated processed cheese -
  10. 4 tbspButter -
  11. to tasteSalt -

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Add spinach in a boiled water and strain it.

  2. 2

    Take a large bowl marinate chicken with hung curd,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,green chutney,green chilli,blanch spinach,lemon juice and salt.

    Keep aside for 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Heat butter in a pan.

  5. 5

    Add marinated chicken in full heat flame.

  6. 6

    Cover it for one to two mins. and cook in a high flame.

  7. 7

    Switch off the gas and add grated cheese.

  8. 8

    Serve hot.
