  2. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1 tbspCashew nut paste
  5. 2 tbspCream
  6. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  7. 1 tspWhite pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tspGreen cardamom powder
  9. 1 tbspAll purpose flour
  10. 1 cupHung curd
  11. 1 tspVinegar
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 100 gmsButter

Steps

60 mins
  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with all above listed ingredients except butter.

    Keep in the fridge for two hour.

    Melt butter in a pan.

  4. 4

    Place chicken pieces and roast it on low flame.

    Every three mins turn the side of the chicken pieces.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with onion rings
