Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gramspasta
  2. 150 gramsraw ham
  3. 50 gramsmortadella
  4. 100 gramsprovolone
  5. 50 gramsolives without pits
  6. 1juice of 1/2 lemon
  7. 1olive oil extra verge
  8. 1salt
  9. 1pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the pasta in salted water and put it in a bowl to cool down

  2. 2

    Cut the ham and mortadella in pieces

  3. 3

    Add the pasta with the cutted ham and mortadella and olives

  4. 4

    add small pieces of provolone

  5. 5

    Season with the lemon juice and oil

  6. 6

    add salt and pepper by taste

  7. 7

    serve and enjoy!
