Ingredients

  • 1 dozenlarge fresh Japalenos
  • 3 cupWhite vinegar
  • 1 cupWater
  • 5 cloveGarlic
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1 tbspPickling spice
  • 1 tbspdried chopped Onion
  • 1 tbspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut peppers into slices, remove pith, wash well and set aside in large bowl.

  2. 2

    Place all other ingredients into 4 cup glass measure. Heat to boiling in microwave.

  3. 3

    Pour over peppers, cover, let stand 5 min.

    Warm up large jar under hot water.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into jar and refrigerate.
