Add another patty on top and seal edges

Add sliced onions,tomatoes, mayo,ketchup and whatever you want

Learned outta necisity... Left over cold fish sticks or BBQ weiners or eating out just didn't cut it. Learned and still cooking by trial and error with very few flops!!! More times than not I get an idea and just throw it together!!
