Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix group 1 ingredients well and slowly add group 2 ingredients until well mixed.

Grease and flour 2 large bread pans or 3 medium bread pans.

Divide batter among pans.

Bake on middle rack for 45-50 minutes if large pan, 40 minutes for medium pan, or until toothpick comes out clean. Usually has a dark crust.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes, and remove to finish cooling. Loaves can be frozen.
