Ingredients

15 minutes
8 pieces
  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cupSugar powder
  3. 2Egg
  4. 1/2 cupWhite butter
  5. 1/2 cupMilk
  6. 1 tspBaking powder
  7. 1/4 tspBaking soda
  8. 1 tspLemon juice
  9. 1/2 cupFor cream- whipped cream
  10. 1/4 cupFruit jam

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients for cake batter and beat it.

  2. 2

    Make a ribbon consistency batter.

  3. 3

    Now heat a non stick pan.

  4. 4

    Brush some butter on it.

  5. 5

    Now spread the batter evenly.

    Cook Covered for 5 minutes.

    Now Remove from pan and let it cool Covered with cotton cloth.

    Now keep it on plastic wrap.

    Now mix cream and jam.

    Spread it on cake evenly.

    Now roll it.

    Tightly close it and seal it's corners with plastic wrap.

    Now keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Remove it's plastic and cut it's slices serve chilled or in room temperature.
