Mix all ingredients for cake batter and beat it.

Make a ribbon consistency batter.

Now heat a non stick pan.

Now Remove from pan and let it cool Covered with cotton cloth.

Now mix cream and jam.

Spread it on cake evenly.

Now roll it.

Tightly close it and seal it's corners with plastic wrap.

Now keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Remove it's plastic and cut it's slices serve chilled or in room temperature.
