Mint Chicken Cutlet

In a food processor blend all the ingredients to a smooth paste.

Apply oil to ur palms and divide the mixture into equal lemon size balls. Shape into cutlet & refrigerate for 10-12 minutes.

Heat a tawa. Add 2-3 tbsp oil & shallow fry the cutlet on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with french fries & dips of ur choice.
