Mix sugar, cocoa, milk, margarine and vanilla in a pan.

Bring to a boil on medium heat.

Remove from burner and add peanut butter.

Stir until peanut butter is melted.

Add quick oats and stir.

Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet covered with waxed paper.

Let cool.
