Heat a heavy bottomed pan on medium high flame.

Add all the ingredients of making rabdi.

Mix well and keep stirring.

When the mixture comes to a boil, start collecting the cream on the sides of the pan.

When the mixture starts getting thick, scrap the cream from the sides and mix it into the rabdi.

Rabdi will get ready in just 12-15 minutes.

Let it cool down completely.

Keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Garnish with some chopped nuts and rose petals. Serve chilled.
