  • 1/4 cupurad dal
  • 2 tspbesan
  • 2 tspkasuri methi
  • 1 tspSaunf
  • 1/2jeera
  • 5laung
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsoil
  • As neededOil 4 frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    Moong and urad dal ko rat bhar pani me bhiga ke rakhe or 4_5 hour ke liye, fir 2 -3 bar sag pani se dho le aur rakh De

    Ab Maida le usme 2 tbs oil, Salt aur 1 ts kastori methi dal mix kar pani kar dough bana kar plate or kapde se dak kar rakh De 15 se 20 minute ke liye!

    Ab kadhae me 2 tbs oil dal kar garam karein usme 2 ts besan dal dal kar bhune khushboo aane tak fir dono dal kar mix kar dhaniya powder, chilli flake, haldi, garam masala aur hing, Salt dal kar 5 minute bhune last me 1 ts kastori methi dal mix kar bhuna aur Pisa sauf, jeera aur laung powder dal mix karein aur thanda hone ke liye rakh de

    Ab dal mixur ke chote -2 gole banae agar gole fat rahe ho to thoda pani dal kar mix karein aur gole bana kar rakhe

    Ab Maida ki loi cut karein aur gole bana kar hantho se daba kar dal ke gole bhare aur gole banae aise hi sare bana le

    Ab kadhae m oil dale dheemi aanch rakhe aur gole ko hantho se daba kar thoda oil hantho me laga kar hantho ke kinare se daba kar deep fry karein aanch dheemi hi rahe, jab kachori uper aaye tab gas medium kar dono side seke aur fir gas full karke seke, ab nikal kar le, taiyar hai market jaisi foli- 2 kachori!!👍👍
