Pre heat oven to 450

Seperate the wings at the joint into drumettes and wingettes

Place the 30 pieces of chicken onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked all the way through to the bone

While that is cooking put the butter into a small pot and melt on the stovetop
- 5
Once melted take off the heat and whisk in the hot sauce until well blended
- 6
Once the chicken is cooked put it all into a large bowl and pour sauce over top. Put a lid on the bowl and shake to fully coat all the chicken in sauce
