Ingredients

  • 6 cupwhite rice, cooked
  • 2 tbspoil of your choice
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok on high heat

  2. 2

    Quickly fry rice in oil stiring constantly just till you see the rice starting to brown

  3. 3

    Add in soy sauce and fry 2 or 3 minutes more until all the soy sauce has been absorbed and is well mixed into rice
