
Christmas Meringue Balls

Preheat oven to 200°F.

Whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Add in the cream of tartar.

Slowly add in the sugar then beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Divide the mixture into three. Color one part green, one part yellow, onr part red.

Drop tablespoonfuls or pipe the meringue into mounds on a baking paper-lined baking tray/cookie sheet.

Bake for two to three hours. Let cool to room temperature. Make 3 gallons of meringue.
