  1. veggie cold cuts
  2. 2 eachfresh green/yellow zucchini
  3. 1 1/2 packageslite italian dressing
  4. 1 packagesbread of choice
  5. optional.
  6. 1pepper, to taste
  7. 1lettuce, tomatoes, onion slices

  1. 1

    cut ends off zucchini, using the thinnest blade on a julienne slicer, slice each one lengthwise

  2. 2

    place in container, stir in half a bottle (or to taste) Italian dressing.

  3. 3

    let marinate several hours, or over night, in fridge, covered.

  4. 4

    serve cold on your bread/bun of choice!
