had these as my vegetarian sack lunch after a mud run, thought they were delicious and broke the recipe down by taste. served at an outdoor bridal shower in the summer and the crowd went wild, people even ate it as a side w/o the bread.

veggie cold cuts
2 eachfresh green/yellow zucchini
1 1/2 packageslite italian dressing
1 packagesbread of choice
optional.
1pepper, to taste
1lettuce, tomatoes, onion slices

cut ends off zucchini, using the thinnest blade on a julienne slicer, slice each one lengthwise

place in container, stir in half a bottle (or to taste) Italian dressing.

let marinate several hours, or over night, in fridge, covered.

serve cold on your bread/bun of choice!
