Ingredients

  • 4-5Boiled Potato
  • 3tomato big size make puree
  • 4Potato medium size cut in small pieces
  • 2Puree Tomato
  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 1 CupPeas
  • 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoonoil
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • to tasteRegular masale salt, red Chilli, haldi powder
  • 1 tablespoonMustard oil
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • 2 tbspmalai
  • 1 tspJeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadhai, add jeera, crackle it, sauté onion and then add tomato puree.

  2. 2

    Add all regular masale, and add required water boil it for 3 minute.Wash matar, aloo and add in it.

  3. 3

    Heat the woke add oil crackle cumin seeds add turmeric powder and red chilli powder now add Tomato pury add salt

  4. 4

    Cover it and cook on medium flame.

  5. 5

    When pury become soften add Potato and peas required water cover the woke with lead let cook it for 10 minutes afer that garnish with coriander and served hot with Parantha.

    Cook till then potato and matar soft.

  7. 7

    Add malai and kitchen king masala and mix well.

  8. 8

    Serve with garam roti.
