1 tspGarlic Powder
2 tspOnion Powder
2 tspCayenne Pepper
1/2 tspCumin
4 tspAll Spice
1 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspThyme
2 tspSalt
1 tspCourse Black Pepper
10 largeChicken , Pork, Rib, Beef pieces

Mix all ingredients together well.

Wash and clean about 10 large pieces of chicken

Season chicken and rub into the meat

Let chicken set for at least 1hour.

Pre heat oven to 325°F

Put chicken in oven uncovered and cook until golden or to desired tenderness
