Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupChicken (shredded)
  2. 3Jalapeño peppers
  3. 1Green pepper
  4. 3 1/2 cupChicken stock/boiled chicken water
  5. 2Onions
  6. 3 cloveGarlic
  7. 1 tspOregano
  8. 1/2 tspCayenne pepper
  9. 1/4Salt and pepper
  10. 2 canNorthern white beans (drained)
  11. 1/4 cupCheese (velveta)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken in 3.5 cups water/stock (reserve water. Sauté peppers, garlic and onion til soft.

  2. 2

    Add beans, chicken and seasoning. Stir. Add water/stock. Cook 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add cheese and stir. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
