Ingredients

  • 1Pound(or as wanted) chicken or turkey
  • 1 boxUncle ben's long grain wild rice
  • 1 canCream of mushroom soup

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice per directions on box

  2. 2

    Shred chicken or turkey I pull it apart and try to put some skin in for the fat

  3. 3

    In a large bowl mix meat with the soup and rice (sometimes I'll add celery if I have it)

  4. 4

    Place mixture in a baking pan and spread evenly
