Ingredients

1Pound(or as wanted) chicken or turkey
1 boxUncle ben's long grain wild rice
1 canCream of mushroom soup

Steps

Cook rice per directions on box

Shred chicken or turkey I pull it apart and try to put some skin in for the fat
3

In a large bowl mix meat with the soup and rice (sometimes I'll add celery if I have it)

Place mixture in a baking pan and spread evenly
