I made this spice mix when I had guests over. And plenty of meat.So I made this spice mix and sprinkled over the meat, drenched in flour and shallow fried.Awesome is the word.

I'm back!!! I love southern country food.. Many people think CAJUN means hot.... it doesn't .... cajun is a blend of spices every family has a blend that is past through oral directions.... :-)

I am tired of going through the aisles of the grocery store looking for a spice blend to suit my taste without all the salt. So I came up with this to use with some ribs I was serving, but it's a very versatile spice blend. Can be used with anything from steaks, poultry, and pork. Enjoy!!!

I make this and have it on hand for specific recipes. To make a larger batch, double or triple the measurements.
