Steps

Add two cups of pasta to boiling salted water, cook until soft.

Drain part of the water but leave enough for the sauce, add the sachet of instant soup and stir well.

Add seasonings, crushed garlic and tomato purée.

Simmer for a few minutes to condense a little, add spinach and goats cheese and stir through.

Serve and season with black pepper.
