heat over to 350

melt butter in small skillet over medium high heat

add onion and garlic cook 5 min stir occasionally

transfer mixture to a large bowl cool 5 min

add ground trukey, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, mix well, press into 8x4 loaf pan, spread remaining ketchup over top

bake one hour or until the internal temperature is well done, 165°F
