preheat oven to 400

in one bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese and all seasonings

dip each filet first in egg whites and then coat evenly with bread crumbs

spray a cookie sheet with butter spray (only the area where fish will be laying), then spritz top of the fish as well

bake 8-10 min on 400 until fish flakes easlily with a fork. Do not overcook.
