  • 6Pork chops
  • 4Potatoes, sliced
  • 2 canCampbell's Cream of Mushroom soup

Steps

3 hours 20 mins
  1. 1

    Brown pork chops in skillet

  2. 2

    Place potato slices in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt & pepper

  3. 3

    Place meat on top of potatoes

  4. 4

    Cover with soup and 1 can of water

  5. 5

    Bake uncovered for 2 (3?) hours at 325

  6. 6

    Alternative Crockpot Method: place all ingredients in crockpot in the same manner, but reduce water to 1/2 can.
