  • 3 1/2 cupHot water
  • 5 tbspDry yeast
  • 6 cupFlour
  • 5 tbspVegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 canTomato sauce
  • 1as needed Garlic salt
  • 1as needed Oregano
  • 1as needed Paprika
  • 2 stickPepperoni
  • 8Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 lbShredded mozzarella cheese

    Combine water, yeast, flour, oil, and salt. Cover and allow to rise while cutting up other ingredients

  2. 2

    Flour pizza dough and stretch over pizza pan

  3. 3

    Cover dough with tomato sauce

  4. 4

    Sprinkle on oregano, paprika, and garlic salt

  5. 5

    Add toppings (except cheese)

  6. 6

    Bake 15 min at 425

  7. 7

    Top with cheese

  8. 8

    Bake another 4 to 5 minutes
