  1. 1 lbPork (or chicken)
  2. 2 tbspOil
  3. 3 cupCelery
  4. 1 packagesBean sprouts
  5. 1 cupOnion
  6. 3 tbspCornstarch
  7. 1/4 cupSoy sauce
  8. 1/4 cupCold water (for cornstarch)
  9. 1 canChicken broth (10.5 oz)
  10. 1/4 cupWater (for bullion cubes)
  11. 1 1/2Chicken bullion cubes
  12. 1 packagesMushrooms

Cooking Instructions

    Cook pork strips in 1 Tbl oil and remove pork from pan

  2. 2

    Add remaining 1 Tbl oil to pan and cook onion, celery, mushrooms, and sprouts to desired tenderness. Drain excess liquid.

    For sauce:
    A. In a sauce pan, combine water, bullion cubes, and chicken broth.
    B. in a separate bowl, combine cold water and cornstarch
    C. Stir and Heat until boiling and sauce changes to a uniform brown color

    Return pork to pan an cover with sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes
