First we take boneless chicken square pieces. Wash it with hot water.

Add ginger garlic paste salt and hot mustard oil in chicken pieces.

Add curd in mixture. Mixed well.

Add kasmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder.

Add 1/2 lemon juice and mixed well.put it in refrigerator with lid for rest.

After 1 hour add corn flour and one egg in chicken pieces. Mixed well.it is ready for fry.

Heat oil in a wok. Fry pieces of chicken golden.

Now put it on paper.now prepare masala.Heat oil add cumin seeds and dry red chilli, curry leaves and chopped ginger and garlic.saute it.

Add chopped green onion saute it and add all Masala and salt. Add chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.saute it and add 1/2 cup water.

When curry boiled add fried chicken pieces.cook it until it comes in thick. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and lemon juice. switched off flame and serve hot.
