Morning cookies

I feel like cookies today. The wife and daughter are still sleeping so I'm gonna whip some up real quick. Turned out more pancookie hybrid but that's OK. I don't need an excuse to pour maple syrup on my cookies but now I got one.

Steps
- 1
Mix all dry ingredients (except chocolate) in a bowl
- 2
Melt butter and add to dry ingredients
- 3
Add eggs and mix well
- 4
Add chocolate chips and combine
- 5
Oil a tray that fits in your oven of choice. Scoop cookies. Keep it small or they just burn on the tops. Lightly press it down.
- 6
If you have a toaster oven only. Bake about 5 minutes (my oven only has a timer and is 800W). Let sit in the warm oven about 3 minutes with the heat off.
- 7
Let it cool a bit. Our just eat it and cry softly as the molten chocolate burns your mouth. Works for me!
