You can change the chocolate chips with other ingredients, or (in my case) just simply add others like banana or blueberry. The ingredients are for 6 small muffins or 3 large muffins.

Ingredients

6 small muffins
  1. 1egg
  2. 60 mloil
  3. 80 mlmaple syrup
  4. 120 mlmilk
  5. 125 g (2 dl)flour
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. 2.5 tspbaking powder
  8. Salt
  9. Chocolate chips as much as you want

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients, mix well using hand whisker

  2. 2

    Put in a muffin pan or bowl that has been oiled and floured

  3. 3

    Bake in a 180 degree celcius oven for 20-25 minutes
