Preheat oven to 425oF.

Spray a nonstick baking pan with cooking oil or line with parchment paper.

Place the pecans in a nonstick frying pan and toast over medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until golden and fragrant.

Stir in the honey, maple syrup and butter. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 minutes or until slighty thickened.

Pour 1/2 the sauce over the tilapia on the baking pan.

Bake the tilapia, cooking for 10 minutes per inch thickness of the fish or until the fish flakes easily when pierced with a fork.

Reheat the remaining sauce and serve wtih the fish. Garnish with parsley.
